Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Eduverse. By creating an account, starting a trial or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Important notice

The platform does not operate with countries that wage wars of aggression, carry out terrorist acts, or pose a threat to Ukraine and its citizens.

We reserve the right to delete or block the accounts of users who spread hatred, discrimination, or hostility on national, ethnic, or any other grounds.

Any support for an aggressor state, or the spread of propaganda materials, symbols, or positions that justify aggression against Ukraine, will be treated as a serious violation of the platform's rules.

If complaints are received from students, teachers, or other users of the platform, such cases will be reviewed as a priority. The accounts of those who violate these rules may be blocked immediately, with no possibility of further use of the platform.

Eduverse is an all-in-one workspace for private tutors and online schools — interactive boards, video lessons, scheduling, a student CRM and AI lesson tools. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Eduverse.

01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Eduverse you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

If you use Eduverse on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

02

The service

Eduverse provides educational software accessible at eduverse.cc and on personal subdomains in the form name.eduverse.cc. The platform includes tools such as interactive boards, video and audio lessons, scheduling, a student CRM, homework, finances and AI lesson tools, depending on your plan.

We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.

03

Accounts & eligibility

To use Eduverse you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

  • You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
  • You are responsible for your students’ access and for the data you add about them.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
04

Trial, subscriptions & billing

Eduverse is offered on a subscription basis. New accounts may start with a 15-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to activate the trial and to prevent abuse; you are not charged during the trial period.

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future periods.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party provider; card details are not stored by Eduverse.
05

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, payments are non-refundable. Because a free trial is provided, you can evaluate the service fully before being charged.

06

Acceptable use

You agree to use Eduverse lawfully and only for legitimate teaching purposes. You must not:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property.
  • Upload harmful, abusive, illegal or misleading content.
  • Attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

07

Your content & students

You keep ownership of the content you create — boards, materials, lessons and the student data you add. You grant Eduverse the limited rights needed to host and display that content so the platform can work for you.

You are responsible for having the right and any necessary consent to add student information, especially for minors, as described in our Privacy Policy.

08

Intellectual property

Eduverse, its software, design, logo and brand are owned by us and protected by law. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. You may use the platform only as permitted by your subscription.

09

AI features

AI tools generate tests, exercises and materials based on the input you provide. AI output can contain errors and should be reviewed before use in lessons. You are responsible for the content you publish to your students, including AI-generated material.

10

Third-party services

Eduverse works with third-party services such as the payment provider, the AI provider and Telegram (for the bot you connect to send reminders and news). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions.

11

Availability & changes

We work to keep Eduverse available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features or change parts of the service, and we may update these terms. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.

12

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the service will be error-free or always available.

13

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduverse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14

Termination

You may stop using Eduverse and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that harms Eduverse, its users or third parties. On termination your right to use the service ends; relevant provisions (such as intellectual property and liability) survive.

15

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws that apply to Eduverse’s operation. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
