Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 June 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for an Eduverse subscription. We designed our pricing around a free trial so you can be sure of your decision before you ever pay.

Important notice

The platform does not operate with countries that wage wars of aggression, carry out terrorist acts, or pose a threat to Ukraine and its citizens.

We reserve the right to delete or block the accounts of users who spread hatred, discrimination, or hostility on national, ethnic, or any other grounds.

Any support for an aggressor state, or the spread of propaganda materials, symbols, or positions that justify aggression against Ukraine, will be treated as a serious violation of the platform's rules.

If complaints are received from students, teachers, or other users of the platform, such cases will be reviewed as a priority. The accounts of those who violate these rules may be blocked immediately, with no possibility of further use of the platform.

Eduverse is offered on a subscription with a 15-day free trial. Because you can explore the full platform before being charged, most refund questions are answered simply by cancelling during the trial.

01

Try before you pay

Every new account can start with a 15-day free trial. During the trial you have access to the platform and are not charged. If Eduverse is not right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and no payment will be taken.

02

General rule

Because a free trial is provided, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. When you are charged, you receive full access to the platform for that period, which is considered the service delivered.

The exceptions below, and any mandatory rights under the law that applies to you, still stand.

03

When a refund is possible

We will review a refund request fairly. A refund is typically considered in cases such as:

  • A duplicate or accidental charge for the same period.
  • A technical issue on our side that prevented you from using the platform for a significant part of the paid period and that we could not resolve.
  • A charge taken after you had already cancelled, due to an error.
  • Where a refund is required by the consumer-protection law that applies to you.
04

When a refund is not given

Refunds are generally not provided in situations such as:

  • You forgot to cancel before the trial or before a renewal.
  • You did not use the platform during the paid period.
  • Part of a period has already passed and you simply changed your mind.
  • The account was suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms.
05

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@eduverse.cc from the address on your account. Please include your account name or subdomain, the date and amount of the charge, and a short description of the reason. The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.

06

Processing & timing

We aim to review refund requests within a few business days. If approved, the refund is returned through the original payment method via our payment provider. The time for the money to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, usually a few business days.

07

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for a period already paid, but it ensures you will not be charged again.

08

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country. Where such law gives you a right to a refund that goes beyond this policy, that right applies.
