Public Offer

General provisions

This Offer is addressed to any individual or legal entity (the “User”) who wishes to use the Eduverse platform. The Offer takes effect from the date of its publication at eduverse.cc and remains valid until withdrawn or replaced.

Eduverse reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time. The current version is always available on this page; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Terms & definitions

• Platform — the Eduverse software and services available at eduverse.cc and on personal subdomains name.eduverse.cc.
• User — a tutor, school or other person who accepts this Offer and uses the platform.
• Subscription — paid access to the platform for a chosen plan and period.
• Acceptance — the full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by the User.

Subject of the agreement

Eduverse grants the User access to the platform and its tools — interactive boards, video and audio lessons, scheduling, a student CRM, homework, finances and AI lesson tools — according to the selected plan, and the User undertakes to pay for that access under the terms of this Offer.

Acceptance of the offer

Acceptance of this Offer is performed by the User registering an account, starting a trial, or making a payment for a subscription. From the moment of Acceptance, this Offer is considered concluded as an agreement between the User and Eduverse, equivalent to a written contract.

Tariffs & payment

Plans and prices are published on the pricing page of the platform. Payment is made by the methods available at checkout and is processed by a third-party payment provider.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Eduverse may change tariffs; changes apply to future billing periods and do not affect a period already paid.
• Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored on Eduverse servers.

Trial period

New Users may be offered a 15-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to activate the trial and to prevent abuse. No charge is made during the trial. If the User does not cancel before the trial ends, a paid subscription begins automatically.

Rights & obligations of the parties

Eduverse undertakes to:

• Provide access to the platform according to the selected plan.
• Make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure.
• Provide support in response to User requests.

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information and pay for the subscription on time.
• Use the platform lawfully and not infringe the rights of others.
• Obtain the necessary consent to add student data, including for minors.

Provision of services

Access to the platform is provided immediately after Acceptance and successful payment (or activation of the trial). Services are considered properly rendered if the User had access to the platform during the paid period and did not submit a justified complaint in writing.

Refunds

Because a free trial allows the User to evaluate the platform before paying, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy. Refund requests are reviewed individually at support@eduverse.cc.

Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Eduverse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, or for loss of data caused by factors beyond its control. Eduverse’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the period in which the issue arose.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations if caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, outages of communication networks, actions of authorities or third-party providers.

Term & termination

The agreement is valid from Acceptance until the User stops using the platform and closes the account. The User may cancel the subscription at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period. Eduverse may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of this Offer.

Personal data

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Offer. By accepting this Offer, the User confirms agreement with the Privacy Policy.

Final provisions

This Offer, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Eduverse. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. Matters not covered by this Offer are governed by applicable law.
